The city of Piła

Piła is picturesque city located in Northern Greater Poland with Gwda Riwer across its centre. Surrounded by numerous lakes and extensive forest areas, Piła borders to Kuźnik nature reserve.

Moreover, "the green city" is the fourth biggest city in Greater Poland, with the population of 75,000 inhabitants. Together with the surrounding settlements, Piła subregion reaches a total population of about 200,000. It is dynamically developing city with lots of cultural and sport attractions for people of all ages.

The city is situated on the border between Greater Poland and West Pomerania, and more specifically the Wałeckie Lake District and the Krajeńskie Lake District. It is here that the main transport routes from north to south and from west to east intersect. You can reach us by land, water or air. Choosing the first option, it is worth travelling by train, as Piła is well communicated with all the major cities in Poland. The same applies to road network.
